The next 3 years will create a new class of developers — those who ship faster, think with AI, and build things that matter.
I'm Akshay. Software engineer. Builder. I've shipped apps used by millions, worked with Google, United Nations, Zee5 — and I'm still learning every single day.
This channel is where I share everything I pick up — raw, practical, no fluff:
— Using AI tools the way engineers actually should
— Career growth without the corporate BS
— Real talk on what it takes to stay relevant
— Building real Android apps with Jetpack Compose & Kotlin
This isn't a tutorial factory.
It's a thinking space for developers who want to grow fast.

Building AI agents from scratch takes months. Anthropic just dropped a shortcut to ship in days. 🚀
Just sketched out the diagram below to break down the architecture of yesterday's massive launch: Claude Managed Agents.
If you've tried taking an LLM agent from a neat local script to a production-ready application, you know the pain. You end up spending 90% of your time wrestling with infrastructure instead of building the actual agent logic.
Managed Agents flips the script. It pairs a tuned harness with production infrastructure to handle the heavy lifting:
⚙️ Built-in Orchestration: Intelligent logic for context management, tool calling, and error recovery out of the box.
⏳ Long-running Sessions: Persistent progress that runs autonomously for hours, even through disconnections.
💻 Secure Sandboxing: Safe code execution in isolated environments.
🔒 Trusted Governance: Scoped permissions, identity management, and built-in tracing directly in the Claude Console.
🤝 Multi-Agent Coordination: Agents can spin up and direct other specialized agents in parallel (currently in research preview).
Companies like Notion, Asana, and Sentry are already using this to ship 10x faster, moving from months of dev cycles to deploying complex, multi-agent workflows in just days.
As we continue building out the AI engineering ecosystem, tools that abstract away the boilerplate infra are going to be game-changers for how fast we can iterate and deliver real value.
What is the biggest infrastructure bottleneck you are currently facing when trying to get your GenAI apps into production? Let me know in the comments! 👇

Most Jetpack Compose tutorials teach UI.
Real apps fail because of architecture mistakes.
That’s why I’m running a hands-on Jetpack Compose Masterclass where we build 2 production-grade Android apps:
✅ Task Management App (Room, StateFlow, Navigation)
✅ Weather App (APIs, animations, Hilt, Material 3)
This is not beginner-level.
It’s for devs who want production confidence, not demos.

Most developers “learn AI”… but never reach production readiness.
And that’s exactly why I built the 5-Day GenAI Mastery Roadmap.
Over the last year, I’ve helped hundreds of engineers go from zero to shipping real GenAI applications — and I noticed one thing:
People don’t need more content. They need a structured path that reduces the overwhelm and accelerates real-world skills.
So I broke down everything into a 5-day sprint:
Day 1 — Foundations that Actually Matter
Understand reasoning engines, embeddings, model architecture, and where GenAI fits in a system.
Day 2 — Context & Memory
Retrieval, chunking strategies, and how to avoid hallucinations with high-quality context design.
Day 3 — Function Calling & Agents
Turn models from “text generators” into reliable decision-makers.
Day 4 — Evaluation Frameworks
LLMs fail silently — you need automated evals for quality, safety, and regressions.
Day 5 — Production Deployment
From API design → observability → latency → cost optimization → scaling.
This is the exact roadmap I wish I had when I started.
No fluff. No shortcuts. Just a clear path to building production-grade GenAI apps in 10 focused hours.
📘 Read the full 5-Day Roadmap here:

Most devs think Jetpack Compose is “too advanced” for them.
Batch 1 proved the opposite. 💚
www.androidengineers.in/masterclass/jetpack-compos…
When we opened the first cohort of the Jetpack Compose Masterclass, I was curious about who would join.
So we ran a quick survey…
And the results surprised even me 👇
📊 53.6% of learners had 8+ years of experience
📊 21.4% had 3–5 years
📊 7.1% were beginners
📊 The rest were early-career Android devs
This tells me one thing:
👉 Compose isn’t just for beginners trying to get into Android.
👉 Experienced engineers want to upskill FAST as teams shift to modern Android UI.
And honestly… that’s why teaching this cohort has been so fun.
We had senior engineers, leads, and beginners learning together — asking deep questions, building real features, and sharing the “aha!” moments that make Compose so satisfying.
🚀 Batch 2 of the Jetpack Compose Masterclass is now open.
If you’re someone who wants to:
Build clean, scalable UI with Compose
Understand state, architecture, and real-world patterns
Learn with a supportive + diverse Android community
Get career-transforming clarity on modern Android
…Batch 2 is going to be even bigger.
Question for you 👇
What’s your biggest challenge with Jetpack Compose right now?
(I’m using your comments to shape Batch 2’s curriculum.)
Drop it below — I reply to every comment. 💚

If I could restart my engineering career, I swear, I wish someone told me these 5 things early. And crazy part? None of them are technical.
1️⃣ Do the hard things.
Easy tasks make you feel “busy,” but they don’t move your career anywhere. Growth comes from the uncomfortable stuff you keep avoiding.
2️⃣ Choose the best teams.
Talent density >>> everything.
Work with people who are better than you — your growth will skyrocket.
3️⃣ Communication is your cheat code.
Top engineers don’t just code well…
They explain decisions, give context, align teams, and tell a clear story.
This skill multiplies every single thing you do.
4️⃣ Find your people.
Mentors, good managers, supportive teammates — these folks literally change your career trajectory. The right circle gives you confidence to take big swings.
5️⃣ Play the long game.
This career is a marathon bro, not a 100m sprint.
Protect your energy. Sleep well. Move your body. Build habits that last decades.
Which one slapped you the most today? 🙌
