تمكنت شركة Esco بنجاح في إتمام عملية الإنتاج واختبار قبول المصنع (Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT لأول جهاز عزل إشعاعي خاص بـ FDG-specific GMP الخاص برابطة دول جنوب شرق آسيا ASEAN.
تم تصميم هذا الجهاز العازل المتطور لوضع معايير جديدة في توزيع المستحضرات الصيدلانية المشعة بميزات تضمن السلامة والدقة والاتزام بالمعاير:
- يوفر نظافة الهواء من الدرجة A/ISO Class 5، مما يضمن الامتثال لمعايير GMP لتعامل مع المستحضرات الصيدلانية المشعة.
- محمي بطبقة من الرصاص 30 مم لحماية فائقة للمستخدم.
- مزود بمعاير الجرعات المدمج مع درع رصاص بسمك 50 مم، بالإضافة إلى حاوية نفايات تحتوي على درع رصاص بسمك 30 مم، مما يضمن احتواء الإشعاع بشكل كامل
- نظام اختبار الضغط التلقائي (APHT) لضمان اكتشاف التسربات بشكل موثوق، وفقاً للمعايير العالمية ISO 10648-2
- الغرف الداخلية ملحومة بالكامل من الصلب المقاوم للصدأ SS316L مع حواف مستديرة، مما يسهل عملية التنظيف ويضمن بيئة معقمة عالية الجودة.
مزود بنظام تحكم Siemens HMI/PLC، مما يتيح تحكمًا متقدمًا في العمليات ويضمن الامتثال للمعايير 21 CFR Part 11 لضمان نزاهة البيانات وقابليتها للتتبع.
