I compost to include vermicompost. I collect rain water. I ferment, can, dehydrate, and freeze what I grow, and what I purchase. I appreciate you taking the time to drop in & view my little slice of the world. I hope you enjoy my journey as it's presented. I ask that you be kind and respectful when commenting. I purchased rosemary seeds twice. Sowed 1 entire package. No rosemary plants. Before you ask, yes. Yes, I cold stratified the seeds.🤭

Sowed entire packet #2. 2 baby rosemary seedlings are in the pot.🤨

I purchased 2, 2 or 3 inch potted rosemary plants. They have finally put on enough growth that I can harvest them. I made a video of me potting those up.😎

I took cuttings and began rooting a few. So far those cuttings look like they want to live.

The remaining cuttings I used then to make salve. My very first rosemary salve.🤭.

I’m sooo excited.😁💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽

Kale is coming in nicely.

I’ve had to spray those pesky cabbage worms off in between the rain showers. But I got some.🤭

A quick blanch and in the freezer they go.☺️🫘🌱🫶🏽

I’m truly enjoying the herbs in my garden. I harvested some comfrey for a few uses. I spoke about them in latest video.

This is the comfrey salve I made from my very own homegrown comfrey.🤭

I may not have all the herbs I’ve tried to grow this year. But what I do have is filling me with joy.😊🫶🏽

Growing and harvesting lemon balm after not having her in the garden since 2021 or 2022. Made some lip balm to replace what I’ve been purchasing. I added some to my homemade body butter, and homemade deodorant.☺️ I’m taking full advantage of this herb and loving her versatility.🥰

Harvested my first beets since 2012. Dehydrated them, and will blend into powder to add to drinks to get their benefits in.😁🫜I know that’s not a beet emoji.🤭🫶🏽
