With most things in life, you have to take risks. One of the first big risks that I took was leaving college at 18, then I started short-term rentals at 19, I bought my first home at 20, started offering services to help others create their own short term rental businesses at 21, & I started a clothing company at 22. All of these things were risky, & all of these things were scary, but they’ve all paid off.. if you never try, you’ll never even have the chance to succeed.

Owning a business is really hard. I think it’s a lot harder than working a job. All the pressure is on me. If I fail, I fail more than just myself. That’s scary. But I will say, I’m excited everyday. I have a lot to do, and I wish I had more time in each day.
Time is moving so fast. 2026 is 1/3 of the way over. Have you progressed this year? Have you tried to become a better you- big or small? What are you working towards?

One of the best reminders I can give you as a 23 years old, earning in the top 1%:
You can't do the same thing as everyone else and expect different results. You need to act different to be different. If you don’t want to be average, don’t do what the average person is doing. Every choice you make is either helping you become the person you want to be, or taking you further from it. Don’t be afraid to be misunderstood.
