In the 1600s, Japanese monks created a form of poetry called haibun.
It’s part travel journal, part poem, and part sleepy wandering.
Just like this podcast, maybe.
A man named Matsuo Bashō once walked across Japan writing haibun.
He wrote about frogs, moonlight, sandals, soup.
Small things.
Important things.

We focus on creating a serene atmosphere with a unique, soothing voice, meant to slow down the mind and invite stillness. Whether it’s a quiet walk through the desert under the stars, a soft bedtime story, or a peaceful journey through the natural world, each sleepcast is designed to bring you calm, ease, and rest.

There’s no rush here. Just take a deep breath, make yourself comfortable, and let the stories find their way to you. After all, the best rest comes when you let yourself simply be.
