That’s a good week for BOTH, our goal is to keep our Hotshots between $4k - $6k WEEKLY, but you see that’s how you keep the client profitable.
You can’t have a $6k week, then you send them to a bad place so then the next week is only $2,500k.
It’s better to keep them in GOOD states and have a SOLID strategy so if our client is going for 3 weeks, we want them to make about 15k a month BEFORE going home LEGALLY‼️

This week’s Traffix Report‼️
Rates are down, so it’s time to stack partials with your carriers until rates get better.
This will probably stay the same until January.
If you’re a carrier, and not sure what this graph is or how to successfully stack partials reach out to my team on my calendy under “Ask a dispatcher” and one of them will reach out to you.
Any dispatcher that will call you PER your equipment has dispatched at least 250 loads for your equipment so they’re QUALIFIED to assist you.
