-Louisiana Man Charged with Rape After Disturbing Allegations-
Authorities in Ouachita Parish have arrested Cecil Fuller on a charge of second-degree rape after a disturbing incident involving a longtime friend.
According to police, Fuller allegedly told the woman — who had given birth just two weeks earlier — that he wanted to drink her breast milk. Shocked and disgusted, she left the room and told him she was not interested.
Investigators say Fuller then allegedly assaulted her, stopping only when he heard her newborn baby make a noise.
The victim told police she had been friends with Fuller for over a decade, and that the incident happened at her home in West Monroe around 4:30 a.m. on Aug. 5. Fuller was taken into custody later that day and booked into Ouachita Parish Jail.
It is not immediately clear if Fuller has entered a plea or retained legal representation.

Arkansas State Police have released a new photo of the man they’re calling a person of interest in the July 26 deaths of Clinton David Brink (43) and Cristen Amanda Brink (41). The couple was attacked and killed while hiking with their two young daughters, who thankfully were not harmed and are now safe with family.

Here’s what we know about the man they’re looking for:
1. White male, medium build
2. Wearing a long-sleeved shirt (rolled up), dark pants, dark baseball cap, and sunglasses
3. Carried a black backpack and wore fingerless gloves
4. May have injuries from the attack

Vehicle description:
1. Black four-door sedan (possibly a Mazda)
2. License plate covered with tape
3. Last seen heading toward State Highway 170 or 220

What investigators are asking the public to do:
1. If you were at Devil’s Den on July 26th, check photos, videos, or GoPro footage for this man or his vehicle.
2. Local residents: check security or game cameras for unusual activity.
3. Do NOT post possible evidence online. Keep original files and send tips to Arkansas State Police at 501-618-TIPS or through their online tip form.
