I’m estatic my experience yesterday was very positive and I didn’t have any serious complications🥹we woke up at 4:30am to go see my doctors for a small surgical procedure on my spine (it went super well! I do have to stay flat for 48-72hrs though since I’m high risk for another csf leak) they desperately want me to get the pain pump implant surgery asap so I can avoid hospitalization for my pain 😭
I do have to prepay before I can even schedule the surgery :( again this is a private specialist clinic not a hospital system so they’re allowed to do that. There are also 3 follow up appointments that are weekly after the surgery & not included in the original price so I will be changing the goal amount to be a bit higher to account for any extra surgery costs & the follow up appointments (as of rn the billing dept said it’s an estimate so I have to prepay their estimate then any additional costs afterwards).
I wanted to put out a reminder/ notice that there are two raffles being held by two super cool artists on my Instagram! So if you donate to the fundraiser - your donations can be included as an entry/entries to the raffles so make sure you check out all the details pinned on my profile!
I just wanted to share a little update with some good news 💕 anything with my spine is SO scary for me
behind the scenes my husband makes these photo shoots possible, whenever I’m feeling up to it he will always get me the perfect shots within a couple mins 🩷 I didn’t even spend 30 mins in this outfit and less than 5 mins outside 🙂↕️ needed a lil photoshoot while I still can, I have a surgical procedure on Tuesday and will be on strict bedrest for a few days 😵💫
I’m curious, do yall have any suggestions for creative people on hard days?

It’s wild to think about how much I’ve had to go through just to reach this point, but it honestly feels like a HUGE step toward something that could drastically change my life !!!! 😭
On top of that, I’m finally fully moved and ready to start a new chapter. It feels like this could be the beginning of truly and happily living my life 🩷
I went with my best friend Alex to treat myself today to my first piercing in over !!5 years!! 🥰 (I used to have quite a few but took them all out couple years back bc of so many scans and being hella sick lol) but can you guess what I got this time ?👀 I will be documenting my piercing healing journey since I have high hopes this one will actually heal 🤞
Beyond excited for the near future, I don’t think I’ve ever been so excited about being alive 😭🩷
Since I co-owned Starfluff Creations I feel it is important to be transparent about ownership so I’m posting this update and that is all ❤️ As of 10.31.2025 I have decided to officially separate myself from Starfluff Creations. I wish them the best, we’ve simply gone in different directions and no longer align creatively or personally.
I’m okay with any existing posts of me and my work staying up, I have no hard feelings and just want us to move forward peacefully. I’m not here to argue or rewrite the past. I cannot control how others will see things but I can control how I move forward and what I put my energy towards. It’s okay if others see it differently, you’re entitled to your own opinions based off of the information you see.
I am choosing to fully release my art rights in regards of things I designed for the business and I do not want any future profits made from Starfluff Creations.
My art will always be out there in the world, and if it can still reach people or make them smile, that’s all I could ever ask for. From here on, I’ll be only creating from a place of healing and intention, at my own pace and on my own terms. 100% me again :)

🌈✨ Meet the Medical Mimsies ✨🌈 They may look like just plush pastel creatures from a dream, but each one carries something real. Stories of complex bodies, misunderstood symptoms, quiet strength, and the kind of resilience that doesn’t always get celebrated.
These Mimsies aren’t just characters, they’re community. They’re for every person who’s been told they’re “too much,” “too sensitive,” or “too complicated.” For the ones who’ve spent more time in waiting rooms than at birthday parties, who’ve learned to speak the language of survival and softness at the same time.
They wear their medical stories like onesies not to cover up their conditions, but to show that even in fragility, there’s comfort, color, connection. This little crew says, you are not alone. You are never too broken to belong.
I made these to hold the parts of us that don’t always feel seen. The ones that are tired, disabled, chronically ill, rare, grieving, healing, adapting. The ones craving gentleness in a world that often isn’t gentle back.
🩷 The Medical Mimsies are a reminder that care is powerful. Community is medicine. And every messy, magical body deserves to be held with love. Disability and chronic illness does not have to be sterile, boring, or plain for it to be valid. Many of us already live in so much darkness that we’ve learned how to create our own light.
