I am Nitika Pruthi Magan, and I am from India.
In India, in previous years there has been a boom in HR and International Payroll Industry which are starting their work from India , I have 12 + Years of Experience in Purely End to End Payroll Processing and Managing In house Payroll as well as Vendor Management Payrolls. I have worked in Captive units and have more exposure in past years, where, I have learned to face challenges and performed many Payroll Transitions and stabilizing the payroll processes
There has been many payroll software products and technology boom as well in the past years which has made things easier but still there is always a scope for SMARTER payroll improvements
So, I have started this YouTube Channel, So that with my experience I can help people to gain more knowledge and learn more new techniques which are not easily available on Internet and make things easier for Pay rollers so that they can implement in your processes and gain more practical knowledge
