The perfect 10 day Argentina itinerary 🇦🇷
Over the past few years, we’ve spent almost 3 months exploring the beautiful country of Argentina, known for its tango shows 💃🏼, incredible wine 🍷, and jaw-dropping landscapes 🏔️ Argentina is HUUUUUGE (it’s the second largest country in South America and covers almost 2% of the Earth’s surface!), so you definitely can’t see everything in 10 days, but you can squeeze in some of the best highlights, from the largest waterfall system in the world to the epic glaciers of Patagonia
Here’s how we’d spend 10 days in Argentina 👉🏽
Day 1-2: Buenos Aires (the Paris of South America!)
⚽️ Explore the colorful La Boca neighborhood
🪦 Go on a tour of Recoleta Cemetery
🖼️ Shop at San Telmo market, one of the oldest markets in the city
📚Stop at El Ateneo Grand Splendid, a bookstore housed in an early 1900s opera house
💃🏼 Go to a tango show (we went to El Querandi)
Day 3: Daytrip to Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay
⛴️ Take a ferry from Buenos Aires across the Rio de la Plata to Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay
☕️ Explore the Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that dates back to the 17th century and looks straight out of Europe
🥃 Head back to BA and spend your last night at a rooftop bar (we loved Salón 1923)
Day 4-5: Iguazu Falls
✈️ Fly from BA to Puerto Iguazú
💦 Spend a day at both the Argentina and Brazilian side of Iguazu Falls, the largest waterfall system on the planet!
🦜 Go on a bird watching tour (Puerto Iguazú is home to 400 species of tropical birds!)
Day 6: Travel day
✈️ Fly from Puerto Iguazú to El Calafate (sadly, this will take pretty much all day!)
🍕Get some pizza at El Gaita Pizza Bar (some of the best pizza we had in South America!)
Day 7: Perito Moreno Glacier
❄️ Explore the Perito Moreno, one of the largest glaciers in Argentina AND one of the only glaciers in the world that’s still advancing
🚌 Take a bus to El Chaltén
Day 8-9: El Chaltén
🥾 Hit the best hikes in Los Glaciares National Park, like Laguna de Los Tres and Laguna Torre (get some empanadas to enjoy on the trail at Los Salteños!)
🧉Warm up with some mate (a tea you’ll see EVERYWHERE in Argentina) at Mathilda Cafe
Day 10: Travel day
Take a bus back to El Calafate
Fly home
Have extra time? Consider adding on Salta for epic
desert landscapes, Mendoza for world class wine , and Ushuaia for the most underrated part of Patagonia (plus PENGUINS).
Where would you want to hit first in Argentina?

10 things we've learned from being self-employed for the last 3 years. 👇
Today is our 3 year self-employed anniversary 🎂
We started our first travel blog in March 2018 and, by June 1, 2023, we had grown it into a large enough business that we were able to quit our normal corporate jobs 👩🏼💻👨💻The last three years have been filled with some of the absolute highest highs and lowest lows 🎢, learning to navigate the constantly changing landscape of being a small publisher, social media, and owning our own business.
It definitely hasn’t always been easy 🤪, but we truly wouldn’t trade the freedom and flexibility of being our own bosses for anything.
Do you have any questions about what it’s like to run your own business or be a full-time content creator? We don’t know everything (faaaaaar from it), but we have learned a LOT in the last three years!

How to do a Mighty Five road trip in just one week 🚗
Over the past several years, we’ve spent months exploring Utah, including visiting all of its 5 national parks multiple times. Each of these parks is SO uniquely beautiful and you could easily spend weeks exploring any of them—but, if you have just a week to squeeze ALL of them in, you can definitely hit a LOT of the parks’ highlights! 🥾
Here’s how we’d hit all of Utah’s national parks in just one week👇🏼
Day 1
✈️ Fly into Vegas
🚗 Drive to Zion National Park
🌅 Watch sunset at the Canyon Junction Bridge
Day 2
🪽 Hike Scout Lookout (optional add on to Angel’s Landing—permit required!)
🐐 Hike the Canyon Overlook Trail
✨ Watch sunset and stargaze along the Watchman Trail
Day 3
💦 Catch the first shuttle in Zion to hike The Narrows
🚗 Drive to Bryce Canyon National Park
📷 Stop at scenic overlooks, like Bryce Point and Inspiration Point (or, if you still have time and energy, hike the Fairyland Loop Trail!)
Day 4
🌅 Watch sunrise at Sunset Point (trust us)
👑 Hike Navajo Loop/Queen’s Garden Trail down under the canyon’s rim and between the hoodoos
🚗 Drive to Capitol Reef National Park
🥾 Hike the Hickman Bridge Trail
🌅 Watch sunset at Sunset Point
Day 5
🌅 Climb up to the Cassidy Arch for sunrise
🥧 Grab a pie for breakfast at the Gifford Homestead in Fruita
⛰️ Drive along the Scenic Drive along the water pocket fold (i.e., a literal wrinkle in the Earth’s crust!!)
🚗 Drive to Moab
🍻 Explore the cute town of Moab
Day 6
😈 Hike the Devil’s Garden Trail in Arches National Park
🪨 Drive along Arches Scenic Drive, stopping at sites like the Sand Dune Arch, Balanced Rock, and Park Avenue
🪟 Hike the Windows and Double Loop Trail
✨ Watch sunset and stargaze at the Delicate Arch
Day 7
🌅 Watch sunrise at Mesa Arch in Canyonlands National Park
🏝️Drive around to the best viewpoints in the Island in the Sky District, like Green River Overlook and Grand Viewpoint
✈️ Drive back to Vegas to fly home
⏰ If you have extra days to play around with, I’d spend more time in Capitol Reef or Canyonlands—both parks are HUGE and have tons of cool areas to explore!
Have you done a Mighty Five road trip yet?

Picking between an Antarctic and Arctic cruise? 🐻❄️🐧
While you can enjoy stunningly beautiful landscapes and tons of cool wildlife on both of these kinds of cruises, there are also a lot of differences in:
🦊 The animals you can see
🤿 The activities that you can try
🗓️ When you go
Which one would you choose?

All photos of wildlife were taken with a 600mm camera and cropped in post-production 📷

Our time in Zion National Park was incredible up until Justin broke his wrist. He just had his 2 week x-ray and is healing up nicely! If you have to recover anywhere, Utah is a great place to be 🏜️

Shoutout to my bada$$ wife for helping me self-rescue, scrambling for 4 hours through a river and up a 400 foot slot-canyon wall. One of my biggest fears came true this week. I (Justin) shattered my wrist in 4 places while on on of the most difficult trails in Utah. Watch the full video ➡️ https://youtu.be/QB9lANGnRew
