Sa tu dīrgha-kāla-nairantarya-satkārā-sevito dṛḍha-bhūmiḥ.

The deeper meaning of yoga is not found in one intense practice, but in the discipline of returning again and again.
The traditional practice of 108 Sun Salutations, or Surya Namaskar, becomes an expression of consistency, humility, focus, and dedication. With each round, the body develops strength and endurance, the breath becomes more steady, and the mind gradually moves toward greater calm and concentration.
