This is an in-depth view into my personal journey as I document my end-of-life choices and decisions. Death does not discriminate. It comes for all of us regardless of age, gender, financial status, relational status, etc. We don't know the time, place, or circumstances. Be prepared so that your family is aware of your final decisions. Every decision you make is one less decision a family member has to make. Every decision is one less burden a family member has to carry.
