I just caught a #Venonat and it completes my team for my bug-only run on #PokemonLeafGreen

#Venonat (which will become #Venomoth)

I'm surprised how good the team has been so far. Butterfree is a champion, Pinsir a bully, Parasect is lethal with Spore and Slash, and Beedrill is solid with Pin Missile and Rage. Fire is the only attack that causes concern

#StarWars #RevengeoftheSith is a gorgeous 2d side-scrolling action game. It is very easy on the eyes and plays great. Pick either Anakin or Obi-Wan and take different routes to their showdown. Unlock new abilities and upgrade your health, strength, and focus bar. Combat can be frustrating and relentless but the boss fights more than make up for it - they require concentration and memory, and they are a blast. This is a really fun experience

#Stuntman on the #GBA is a really fun and punishing driving game where you play as a stuntman, having to navigate courses while taking directions to make jumps, hit obstacles, pass vehicles either right or left side, detonate explosives, dodge falling debris, etc. all while hitting checkpoints within a time limit. Miss too many directions or take too long and you have to try again. You work on several films in several locations and I think this is a hidden gem

#VirtuaTennis a fantastic tennis game for the #GBA with plenty to do. Exhibitions, Single tournaments, Doubles tournaments, and the excellent World Tour, where you create male and female characters and take them both from rank 300 to the top. You earn money, upgrade your gear, purchase items, sign contracts with other players to participate in certain events, and there are some really fun training mini games to improve your stats. One such game involves being inside a barn and firing tennis balls at giant eggs that hatch snakes and aliens - it's a SEGA game. Your AI companion can be frustratingly inadequate during doubles matches, but the games on the whole are really good. Earning points is satisfying and rallies can be extensive and challenging. It's brilliant. #retro #SEGA

I just rolled credits on #007FirstLight

I loved the game - I'm a huge Bond fan - and it ticked every box for me. The game's performance, however, left a lot to be desired. I have an i9 and an RTX4070 and I just couldn't get a smooth experience. Stuttering and small freezes, with a handful of crashes also thrown in. I had planned to put a lot more time into this but I'm going to wait and see how the patches and updates unfold

Just rolled credits on #MetroidFusion for the #GBA

This game is one of the best experiences you can have on the GBA - it always ranks very highly in 'top GBA games' lists. The presentation, the gameplay, the story, the pacing, the atmosphere, the music, the boss fights - all of it SO GOOD. There is one boss that has a scream that is terrifying and the scariest noise I have ever heard in a game. Initially, I had wanted to 100% this and got close but there are some skills in the game (shinespark), which the game doesn't explain by the way, that I couldn't master and it was starting to take the fun out of it so I gave up on collecting all items. Anyway, an incredible game and a must play for GBA players
