πΆοΈ I almost waited too long...
When I pulled these pepper plants out of their pots, I was expecting healthy roots.
What I found could have slowed their growth for weeks if I had waited much longer.
Luckily, I caught them JUST in time.
Have you ever discovered a plant was rootbound when transplanting?
Watch the full video here and let me know what you're growing this season:

π· NEW VIDEO OUT NOW! π·
11 months ago, these were just grapes... π
Today, they're bottles of homemade rosΓ© wine.
This has been an incredible journey from grapes to glass, and the final chapter is finally here. In this video I bottle the wine, reveal the final result, and do the moment-of-truth taste test.

Question for everyone:
If these were your bottles, would you drink them now or let them age longer? π·π

π± I'm leaving for vacation... but my tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, raised beds, and container plants still need water every day.
So I built a fully automated irrigation system for about $30 to keep my entire garden alive while I'm gone. π§
https://youtu.be/d_plz3sr-as?si=E0Snw...
The big question:
π Would YOU trust a $30 watering system with your entire harvest?
β Yes
β No chance
Full video on HobbyJohnDo and I'll show exactly how I built it, how I routed the hoses, set up the timer, avoided pressure loss, and tested the entire system before leaving.
What's your biggest challenge when it comes to watering your garden while you're away?

π‘ FROM RANDOM STICKS... TO THIS.
The final episode of my Miniature Log Cabin Build is now LIVE.
A few weeks ago this project was nothing more than sticks collected from the forest. Piece by piece I turned them into a realistic miniature log cabin using woodworking, painting, weathering and miniature crafting techniques.
This final part is where everything comes together:
πΏ Moss and nature effects
πͺ΅ Realistic aging and weathering
πͺ Tiny handmade details
π‘ Full cabin reveal
π¬ Cinematic showcase of the finished build
Honestly, this has been one of the most satisfying projects I've ever made.
If you enjoy:
β Woodworking
β Miniatures
β Dioramas
β Model Making
β DIY Projects
β Realistic Weathering
I think you'll enjoy this journey.

I finally started my biggest miniature build yetβ¦
A fully handmade mini log cabin built from random sticks collected in the forest π²
This is Part 1 of a full 4-part build series where I turn raw wood into a realistic cabin completely from scratch.
In this first part:
βοΈ Gathering sticks in the forest
βοΈ Preparing real wood
βοΈ Building the structure
βοΈ Starting the walls and framework
This project took a LOT more precision than I expectedβ¦ and this is only the beginning π
π I honestly think this might become one of the coolest things Iβve built so far.

And tell me in the comments:
π What detail should I absolutely add to the final cabin?
