I appreciate every moment of this amazing life and I am honored to be a part of your healing journey. Thank you for being here. This channel and resulting community were born out of my own agonizing experience with narcissistic abuse combined with my degrees in psychology. I was raised by a non-nurturing, narcissistic "mother" and enabling "father" in a dysfunctional family. After a grueling 'relationship'/ engagement to an evil narcissist, inevitably my husband and I reunited from college.

Yesterday was Thanksgiving in the U.S. This is as best of a picture Joe, our daughters, Gino and I could get. Time is flying by and we treasure every moment though picture taking seems to be overlooked. I want our incredible Bumped Bruised and Blessed family to know that I haven't been in touch but I think of your stories and comments often. The insights and narcissistic abuse related content I plan to return with is always growing. Those people wanted you to believe that you are the problem and that you're 'too much.' Let them go and find less. The characteristics that make you feel isolated are the exact qualities the world needs more of. Yesterday our son would have turned 15. Hard to think he lived a fraction of that time. In the short while we were blessed to have Joey here, he made a huge impact. Time isn't guaranteed. Love with all of your heart. Cherish each moment. It's a privilege to get old. Sending you all so much love ❤️

I know I haven't been around and this is what I've been doing - spending time with the people I treasure and cherish. Overcoming systematic betrayal from our own relatives is a daunting process. Don't forget to give yourself grace and take as many breaks as needed.

Okay I stand corrected! In my last video I commented about how my narc 'mother' made sure she had a corsage at our wedding. I just thought it was another self-serving move on her part. This is what happens when you grow up with a tyrannical monster for a parent - you don't know the difference between normal and their nonsense. It is a tradition for the mother of the bride to get a corsage. Please don't be offended if this was the case for your wedding or your children etc. Point being... This monster of a woman... It's the totality of her egocentrism. This was just one more piece of the narc show on that particular day 🙄🙄🙄😈 so I stand corrected. When I'm wrong I say I'm wrong. Genuine real mothers should receive corsages on the day of their children's wedding. Narc 'mothers' - We should have a separate rule book for them...just no recognition at all whatsoever 😜
