Fri 1 May 2026 - Steveston BC 🇨🇦 the Kaiwo Maru has arrived in Steveston for the Ships to Shore Festival, this Saturday and Sunday (May 2 and 3) at Garry Point Park.
The 182-foot-tall, 361-foot-long vessel boasts 36 sails over four masts, with 30,000 square feet of wind-catching surface area.

Waiting for the miracle. ✨🦅✨ Thursday 16 April 2026 - checking the bald eagle nests I watch all week before work - no fluffy bobble heads seen yet - mamas are all sitting low keeping their babies warm (or eggs) although I’m pretty sure some eggs have hatched!
