I nearly ruined today’s recipe…
While filming these Spanish Meatballs (Albondigas) I reduced the sauce way more than I wanted (home distractions right!).
For a moment I thought the whole batch was finished 😅
Luckily it turned out even better than normal in the end.
Super rich tomato sauce, smokey with plenty of garlic, and seriously juicy meatballs.
Honestly one of my favourite recipes I’ve filmed in a while.
