Hi, I'm Genny Mack. 🌿 I'm a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, lupus advocate, and founder of theEATschool. My mission is to help women with autoimmune disease reclaim their health—starting with food.

After spending 4½ months in and out of the hospital with lupus, I realized healing wasn't about one miracle cure or perfect diet. It was about learning how to nourish my body through anti-inflammatory food, movement, herbs, sleep, stress management, and sustainable habits that worked alongside my medical care.

On this channel you'll find anti-inflammatory recipes, herbal medicine, farmers market hauls, seasonal eating, foraging, grocery inspiration, and honest conversations about living well with lupus and autoimmune disease.

Something I have been working on for a long time is finally here.

24 plant allies for inflammation, immunity, and nervous system support — written by someone who has actually lived it.

I made this because I was tired of watching women with autoimmune disease follow protocols put together by people who have never been sick a day in their lives.

This is the introduction I wish I had after my lupus nephritis diagnosis.

I hope this helps you the way it helped me.

I just opened 10 private sessions for May.
If you’ve been trying to figure out how to use lifestyle to manage your autoimmune condition — and you’re tired of information without direction — this one is for you.
It’s called the Autoimmune Clarity Session.
60 minutes. Just us. We look at your labs, your food, your lifestyle, and your symptoms — and we get clear on exactly what your next step is.
Women who have worked with me in one session have called it life-changing. Clearer thinking. Reduced symptoms. And for the first time — feeling truly heard.
10 spots. $333. May only.

Guess what y'all... I want 2026 to be OUR best year yet. 🌍

And that includes travel, food, and community—like, actually bringing us together in real life.

So here's what I'm thinking: Fall/Winter 2026 group trip. Either:

🌶️ Oaxaca, Mexico - vibrant markets, mole-making, ancestral foodways

🌿 Vietnam - lush farmland, fresh herbs, abundant nature

Orrrrrrrr ... you pick?

We'd nourish together, move our bodies, explore, and connect beyond the screen.

But I need YOUR help deciding. Tell me where you wanna go, your budget, what excites you.

Hardest run yet. I was supposed to run 17 miles but struggled the last 3. I felt all sorts of discomfort in my legs, neck and back. As much as I wanted to push through, my body said enough at 15. I wanted to cry because I felt like I failed but I had to remind myself how far I’ve come. I could barely run one mile 4 months ago. Thank you for being here on this journey. Send all your recovery tips and well wishes. #lupus #marathontraining

Chronic illness didn’t stop me 🏃🏾‍♀️✨
Sharing my Strava receipts to show you— I’m slow but improving. August looked like:
▫️12:50 tempo runs
▫️13:00 interval work
▫️13+ min long runs

Some days my knees swelled, my chest hurt, and rest days felt mandatory. But I hydrated, fueled with anti-inflammatory foods, and always came back stronger.

First marathon loading… 15 weeks left. Every mile is proof that progress > perfection. 🫶🏾

👉🏾 I just dropped my 1-month marathon training recap on YouTube—8 lessons I’ve learned training with chronic illness. Watch here → What I Didn’t Expect in Month 1

✨ 1 sweaty run closer to the finish line — and just $85 away from my fundraising goal! ✨

In December, I’m running the Honolulu Marathon with the Lupus Research Alliance to raise awareness and funds for lupus — a disease I live with every day.

From morning runs to healing meals, this journey is about reclaiming my body, honoring my limits, and showing what’s possible.

💜 If you’ve been moved by my content or story, this is your sign to support. Even $5 makes a difference.

🩺 Lupus affects millions — especially Black women — and research saves lives.

🎽 Let’s cross this finish line together.
