I know this because I’ve been there too...exhausted, disconnected, wondering how to keep going when there was nothing left in the tank. Healing Burnout is my way of sharing what I’ve learned (and what I’m still learning) about choosing a different way to live.

Here, we talk about the hidden choices and pressures that lead us to burnout... and how to gently, lovingly rebuild. I share the small shifts, mindset changes, and simple habits that helped me find my way back to myself... so you can, too.
