Join us for an 8-week interactive workshop exploring the nature and cycles of grief.

While each person’s grief experience is unique, the journey to healing can be found through sharing and connection to others. Participants will be held in a container of compassion and loving-kindness while being provided practices for use in your daily life.

Capacity is limited to 10-12 participants in order to provide a sacred and
intimate environment for sharing.
