Here's a little story behind why I started this channel:
I used to struggle with insomnia. Lying awake at night, mind racing, completely disconnected from any sense of calm. Then one day I started watching slow, peaceful documentaries about our Earth — the quiet forests, the vast oceans, the golden deserts, the starlit skies — and something shifted. The world felt bigger than my worries, and sleep finally came.
That experience changed me. And it made me want to create the same thing for others.
Every video I make is designed with that intention — not just something to watch, but something to feel. A window into the beauty of this planet we all share, gentle enough to carry you into rest.
This Earth has so many stories to tell. I'm just here to help you hear them.
