As an opposite to last week's question, what is that ONE thing a game has that makes you NOT want to buy it?

Again, same thing to point out: I am referring to gameplay mechanics, story, visual style, atmosphere, etc.

For example, I may like the game's atmosphere and art style, but would not buy it because its gameplay is "turn-based", as I prefer "real-time".

Another example would be that one likes the gameplay, but the art style is not to their liking.

Or, a more specific example, one would not buy the game because it has a lot of microtransactions.

What is the ONE thing you look for in a game that makes you consider buying it?

One thing to point out: I am mainly talking about gameplay mechanics, story style, visual style, atmosphere, etc.

I am pointing this out because I know one obvious answer to the question above is "franchise involved". I, of course, would be more drawn towards a "Sonic the Hedgehog" game, regardless of gameplay style or atmosphere. However, I am talking about specific aspects in a game, regardless of franchise. What are you looking for specifically in a game that would convince you to buy it?

For example, you know I am into "hack-n-slash" games, but I would be drawn more into those that have "style". Games like the Devil May Cry series would fit that category.

Other, more general examples would be like looking for an RPG game that has that "Final Fantasy feel" to it. Others would be drawn more towards games that have a "dark, gothic, or somber atmosphere" to it, like Elden Ring or Bloodborne.

Or, a more specific example, some would want to buy a game because it has a "crafting" system in its gameplay.

What is one CROSSOVER game you wish to be made? In addition, what genre shall the game be?

To further elaborate: much like “Super Smash Bros.” or “Marvel Vs. Capcom”, what crossover game between two or more franchises would you like to see being made, no matter how absurd it may be? And it doesn’t have to be a fighting game like the examples mentioned above, for it can be any other genre of your choosing.

Would you rather play a free-to-play game, but only have access to less then half of the content (unless you pay up to its monetization styles), OR play a priced yet expensive game with all the content available?

Obviously, the correct answer is a complex "it depends", as a variety of factors determine the justification of its pricing model. But if you have to simplify the answer to a whole of the two choices provided, which one would you choose?
