Still one of my favourite Canva tutorials I’ve made.

In this one, I designed and animated a set of custom Shogun-inspired playing cards, complete with AI-generated warrior characters, ornate card details, a custom card back pattern, and a full animated card flourish.

I also added sound design and a Shogun-style hip-hop track, which honestly made the whole thing flow really nicely.

If you’re looking for a more creative Canva project to try, this one is well worth checking out.

The map accuracy in GTP Image 2 is insane. 🤯
Not pixel perfect just yet but you can be guaranteed most people wouldn't notice that it's an AI-generated image.

This wasn’t part of the plan…
When I got the email from ElevenLabs saying my beloved voice was being deprecated, I’ll be honest… I was pretty stressed out about the situation.

Lilly’s voice wasn’t just a voice, it was the foundation of the character. It’s what shaped her into an android in the first place, that slightly monotone, droll delivery, but still clear and precise.

That said, I’ve actually really enjoyed leaning into the change.

It gave me the chance to invent a story around it, and more importantly, to tell that story using what is, right now, the most advanced AI video tool I’ve come across.

Seedance 2.0 is genuinely impressive. And as you’ll see in the tutorial, it goes far beyond just sci-fi scenes.

The desk shots, green screen setup, computer interaction, even the motion graphics at the end, all generated inside Higgsfield.

If you’re into creating content at any level, I’d recommend giving this a look. Even if you’re firmly in the Canva-only camp, this is the kind of tool that’s going to become hard to ignore.
