Hi, I’m Coach Court! I create videos about Attachment Theory, relationship patterns, and emotional healing after breakups.

Most of the insights I share come from years of coaching clients through anxious and avoidant cycles, and my own journey toward secure attachment. I use psychology, storytelling, and practical tools to help you stop chasing emotionally unavailable partners and start building healthy connection.

In 2016, I received my certification for T.I.C., trauma informed care. I mentored at risk youth for 15 years and it just dawned on me. I make videos with a trauma informed lense, which makes my content different and possibly unpopular 🤷🏾‍♂️.
