The World of Cats

Hello dear friends,
Today I visited our lovely ear tipped mother cat at the clinic. She is currently staying there as a guest. She is doing well, and once she fully recovers in about 1 or 2 days, she will have her spaying surgery.
Today, I took care of her clinic bills. Thanks to your amazing response to my call for help, we raised a total of $450 (20,475 TL). From this support, I have already paid 16,000 TL ($351.64) to cover all of her medical and boarding expenses until she is ready to be discharged. If any additional costs come up after her treatment, I will take care of them and keep you all updated.
I want to thank each and every one of you from the bottom of my heart for your donations and support. Please keep her in your prayers; these beautiful cats heal and get back on their feet truly thanks to you. I visit her regularly, and I’ll keep sharing updates on her latest status as soon as her treatment and surgery are completed.
Thank you so much for being there for them.

The World of Cats

Hello Dear Friends,
We brought the ear tipped mother cat, whom I previously shared with you and asked for your support to get spayed, to the vet yesterday for her surgery.
However, during the check up, they found that she has a very high fever and an infection in her body, so we couldn't proceed with the spaying surgery. She will need to stay hospitalized at the clinic for a few days.
Here is the plan: She will stay at the vet for about 5 days to complete her infection treatment. After that, she will have her spaying surgery and will stay at the clinic for another 3 days for recovery. Once the whole process is done, I will take her back to her own area.
Heartfelt thanks to everyone for your support. This cat is getting healthy thanks to you. Thank you.❤️

The World of Cats

Hello dear friends,
The beautiful mother cat in the photo gives birth at least three times a year. Even though she is very young, this cycle has taken a heavy toll on her health, and unfortunately, most of her kittens don't survive on the streets.
We are currently keeping her latest litter safe on our balcony until we find them homes. However, we have an urgent situation: she has already gone into heat again, even though her kittens aren't even 2 months old. If she goes outside, she will become pregnant immediately. We urgently need to have her spayed to break this endless cycle.
Since I am already caring for the "Angry White Cat" at home, I cannot bring this mother cat inside for her recovery. She must stay at the veterinary clinic until she fully heals, which means extra boarding fees that are hard for me to cover alone. If I can move to a larger house in the future, our angry girl will be comfortable and I'll be able to foster other cats, but right now, the clinic is her only option.
Let’s save this beautiful mother from this exhausting life together. Even the smallest contribution will be a huge help toward her surgery and clinic expenses. If you’d like to support us, please use the link below.buymeacoffee.com/theworldofcats/e/489641
Thank you so much in advance!

The World of Cats

Hello dear friends,
I have some wonderful news to share with you regarding the Angry White Cat. I have completed all the legal procedures and finally received her passport! I have officially adopted her, and she is now a cherished member of our family.
Regarding her current health status: unfortunately, she is suffering from severe hair loss and isn't feeling very well at the moment. Since I moved her from her territory to a new home, she is naturally experiencing some stress. While she still shows some aggressive behavior toward me, she seems to have taken a liking to my sister and stays much calmer around her.
Our Treatment Plan:
She has already received her rabies vaccination and parasite treatments. She is currently under medical supervision for a week-long recovery period. Once this phase is over, we will begin vitamin supplements and focus on diagnosing the cause of her skin condition. She has watery sores in the areas where her fur has fallen out, and we suspect it might be eczema or a fungal infection. Our priority right now is to help her regain her strength so we can proceed with more intensive treatments.
Thank you all for your incredible support during this journey.

The World of Cats

Hello friends, I wanted to give you an update on The Angry White Cat. As many of you know, she has grown quite old and has been falling ill more frequently lately. For about a week now, I’ve been watching her closely, and it was clear that she was in a lot of pain and looking very frail.
I had tried to rescue her before to get her to the vet, but after she managed to slip away once, she became very wary of me and wouldn't let me get close. Over the last two days, however, she seemed so exhausted and weak that I knew I had to act. Today, after much effort, I finally managed to catch her.
I have decided to officially adopt her. At her age, I don't believe she can survive much longer on the streets in this condition. From now on, she will be staying with me; wherever I go, she will be right there with me. I’m even planning to move to a new home soon, which will be a fresh start for both of us. My current space is very limited and not quite suitable for keeping a cat, so this move will be great for her comfort.
Thank you all for the incredible support you've shown her and me so far. 🤍

The World of Cats

Hello friends, today I would like to give you an update on the current status of our cats whose treatments have been completed.
As you know, I returned the little kitten with the infection to his mother about two days ago. I was so worried she might not accept him back, but thankfully, she did! I visited him today; he is doing great and enjoying his time with his mother and siblings. I am also adding his photos so you can see. I’m still checking on him every day.
As for our striped tabby, his treatment also ended yesterday. His mouth has completely healed, and since his surgical wounds from being neutered have also healed, I’ve returned him to his own territory. He is in very good health.
Regarding Güneş, I settled all of her veterinary bills today. Her new owner will bring her back for spaying in about a month or two, and I’ve already pre-paid for her procedure.
With today’s payments for both the little kitten and Güneş (I had already settled the tabby’s bill previously), I no longer have any remaining debt at the clinic. The total payment was $180 (approx. 8,100 TRY).
Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for your kindness and support ❤️

Hello everyone! Today, the little boy’s treatment has finally come to an end. We’ve administered his last antibiotic injection. The infection and swelling on his bottom have also completely healed. Now, I’m taking him back to his mother. I hope he has a wonderful life and grows up healthy. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

The World of Cats

Hello dear friends,
I want to give you an update on the three rescues we’ve been looking after:
First, about Güneş; as you know, her leg had to be amputated. Her treatment was successful, and she was adopted about a week ago. She is now very happy in her new home.
As for the little kitten, his treatment for the infection is ongoing. I took him to see his mother today so she wouldn't forget him, and then I brought him back. He will have his final injection tomorrow, and once his treatment is finished, I will return him to his mother permanently.
The tabby cat has also finished his dental surgery and has been neutered. He is in great health now. I plan to take him back to his original territory today or tomorrow.
I also want to update you on the donations. We had $150 left from Güneş’s fund, and we raised $485 for the tabby cat, plus $102 that I haven't withdrawn yet. In total, we reached $737 (33,165 TRY).
Yesterday, I paid 24,000 TRY for the tabby cat’s surgeries and clinic fees. Currently, I have about $200 (9,000 TRY) left. I will be paying approximately $170 (7,600 TRY) of this for Güneş’s future neutering. The remaining balance will be used for the tabby cat’s ongoing costs and other needs. I am sharing all the receipts and screenshots in the community tab.
I want you to know that every single cat we’ve saved and healed so far has been thanks to your support. To continue the treatment of our other stray cats, I still need your help. If you would like to contribute, no matter how small, you can support us through the link below. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for standing by us.buymeacoffee.com/theworldofcats/e/489641

The World of Cats

Hello dear friends,
About 9 days ago, I took this striped tabby cat to the vet for treatment, as he had severe oral inflammation and tooth decay. His condition was truly in a bad state; due to the intense infection, he had a very foul odor and constant inflamed saliva discharge. Because of the sores in his mouth and the state of his teeth, he had completely stopped eating and couldn't consume anything. Since I didn't have a suitable space at home, he stayed at the clinic as an inpatient.
Yesterday, his surgeries were performed; he had his teeth extracted and was also neutered. Our greatest joy now is that the foul odor and the discharge have completely stopped; his mouth is now perfectly clean. I had previously shared posts showing his initial condition. I am adding links to his current photos and videos so you can see how healthy he is now.
I visited him today, and he is doing very well. He is expected to be fully recovered by tomorrow. If the vet approves, I will take him back to his own territory tomorrow. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for your support and interest.https://youtu.be/QSdjgT2TmS0
