*You’re not ready to buy land UNTIL you do this!!*

Before you spend your one Naira on any property or land investment, you need to consider these.

Are you buying to build? To rent? To resell? To hold?

Your why determines everything, the size, the location, the timeline. A person buying to rent needs a different plot from a person buying to resell. If you get this wrong the land might work against you.
