I want to come here honestly for a moment.


I’ve been quiet for the past couple of days, and I want to say I’m sorry for disappearing.

After my birthday, I’ve been going through a deep internal transformation.
And at the same time, more and more work has been coming into my life.

And I noticed something about myself again.

I started going back into my head.
Back into overworking.
Back into pushing myself too much.

To the point where I felt I was getting closer to burnout again.

So I made a decision to pause and reorganize.

Right now, I’m learning how to create balance in my life —
not just work more, not just push harder,
but structure my time in a way where I can grow without exhausting myself.

Because the truth is…

We are not here just to work.
We are not here just to chase money.

Work is our way of giving to the world.
And money is what comes back as a result.

But in order to keep giving,
in order to show up for people we love,
to feel joy, energy, presence —
we need to be full ourselves.

And that only happens through balance.

Too much work drains you.
But giving nothing also disconnects you.

There is always a middle point —
and I’m currently learning how to find mine.

Until Saturday, I’m focusing on finishing a few important things
and reorganizing my routines in a way that supports me, not burns me.

And I promise — I’ll be back on Saturday.

When I find a system that truly works for me,
I will share it with you.

For now, I just wanted to remind you:

Balance is not a luxury.
It’s a necessity.

THREE PRACTICES. ONE DIRECTION.

Most people confuse these three — and that confusion is exactly why they quit after a week. Here's what they actually mean, and why the difference changes everything.

Asceticism — the contract

Asceticism is a sacred commitment — a contract with the universe. You choose one thing you will do (or not do) for 21 consecutive days, without exception. No negotiation, no "just this once." The power of asceticism lives precisely in its absoluteness. It's not about restriction for its own sake — it's about proving to yourself that your word is law. Miss a single day and the contract breaks. You start over. This practice rewires something deep: it teaches your nervous system that you are someone who follows through. Examples: no sugar for 21 days. Cold shower every morning for 21 days. No social media before noon for 21 days. The goal isn't perfection forever — it's an unbroken streak that shifts your identity.

Discipline — the framework

Discipline is structure with built-in grace. Unlike asceticism, discipline allows for intentional exceptions — but those exceptions are planned, not reactive. You decide in advance: "I eat clean six days a week, and on Sundays I enjoy dessert." That Sunday slice of cake isn't weakness. It's part of the system. Discipline is sustainable because it doesn't demand perfection — it demands consistency within a chosen framework. It's the difference between white-knuckling through cravings and calmly knowing your rules. Discipline builds identity over months and years. It's how athletes train, how writers write, how businesses grow — not through all-or-nothing intensity, but through showing up within a structure, day after day.

Routine — the container

Routine is what happens when good choices become automatic. It's not a decision anymore — it's just what you do. You brush your teeth without willpower. A morning routine works the same way: eventually, your body reaches for water before coffee not because you're disciplined, but because that's simply who you are now. Routines are powerful because they remove the mental load of deciding. They free up cognitive energy for things that actually matter. The trap, though, is doing routines on autopilot without intention — going through the motions without presence. A routine without awareness is just habit. A routine with awareness is compound growth.

So — which one do you actually need right now?

If you want to break a pattern: start with asceticism.

If you want to build a lifestyle: design your discipline.

If you want to protect your energy: invest in routine.

All three work together. But they work in sequence — not all at once.

Okay, I need to talk about this because it literally came up today with my girls 👇

We were all feeling it — that heavy, foggy, “I don’t want to do anything” energy. That weird mix of low motivation, overthinking the past, a little self-pity, maybe some irritability. I honestly thought it was just me not sleeping enough 😅

But then I looked at the sky. And it all made sense.
Right now we have Mars finishing its journey through Pisces (the most foggy, dissolving place for Mars — no wonder our drive is nowhere to be found), Mercury bumping straight into Saturn AND Neptune in Aries, and we’re all still coming down from that intense Full Moon in Libra from a week ago. It’s a lot. Collectively.
And THIS is exactly why I keep coming back to astrology — not as an excuse, but as a map.

Because here’s the difference: knowing Mercury is retrograde can make you say “that’s why I messed up.” OR it can make you say “okay, I know this period tends to blur my thinking — so let me double-check that contract, slow down before I send that email, not make that big financial decision this week.”

That’s the real power. When you know your transits, you can plan a real estate closing for when your chart is sharp and clear. You can go into a tough meeting AWARE that you might be more reactive than usual today — and catch yourself before you bite someone’s head off 😬 (we’ve all been there). You can stop wondering “why do I feel so off” and instead understand what’s actually happening — and work WITH it.

It’s awareness. Not astrology as a crutch — astrology as a tool.

Love to yourself is not what you think it is.

Today I’m skipping the live, but still sharing thought with this post. And that would be my 9 out 99.

We talk about self-love like it’s bubble baths and positive affirmations. But honestly?

For me Today self-love looked like :

🚶‍♀️going for a walk even when my head was heavy and strongly under sleep 😴 .

🌅Watching the sunset alone.

🥗Coming home and actually cooking myself dinner instead of just… not eating… because I didn’t wanted to…

🫥 hide behind this post instead of going live to preserve my energy.

It’s not glamorous. It’s not aesthetic. It’s just choosing yourself on the hard days. Taking care of yourself like your favorite person. Not the “I woke up feeling amazing” days — those are easy. I mean the days when you’re comparing yourself to everyone around you and feeling like you’re falling behind and not enough, when your brain is REALLY loud and exhausting.

!!!Those days are the real test.!!!

And I’m learning that being on your own side doesn’t mean thinking you’re perfect. It just means you don’t abandon yourself when things feel heavy. You pick up yourself by reminding yourself how far you have came, reminding words of your friends “you are so fearless, I would not be able to do that”, “you are so strong”, by understanding that each of us has our own lessons in life and you are make in your homework 📚 great🥹

Today I was a lot using that technique, we spoke yesterday about (day 8 out of 99) , to spin those negative thoughts around.and instead of going spiral down and become a victim, I was reflecting what bring me here, what have I done and didn’t that put ne in the live I have right here right now. Still “right here” is a beautiful Costa Rica with amazing 😻 sunsets hehe 😜. I was taking responsibility for my own life, accepting the reality and also knowing THIS a real beginning ONLY BEGINNING of my life, life what I really want.

And may this post will be a prove/example of my real caring love to myself. Still writing this message for you guys, still sharing something important for all of us to learn/improve .
