Sphere Finance can be defined as a governance blackhole with a suite of DeFi solutions built around it, giving $SPHERE utility as the yield-bearing, deflationary, meta-governance center of its ecosystem.
That yield comes from the yield-farming of treasury assets and from Sphere's expanding ecosystem.
Sphere's ecosystem consists of an expanding list of projects (Dyson, SphereLend, and Preon for example), all created with the goal of addressing inefficiencies in the DeFi space. Each piece of the Sphere ecosystem is an ecosystem of its own, and these ecosystems interconnect synergistically to generate a flywheel of liquidity for Sphere.

TLDR: vlPEN controls liquidity
For those of you still struggling to understand the power of vlPEN. DYST can be converted to penDYST on Penrose. Penrose takes that DYST and locks it as veDYST for 4 years (for max Dystopia voting power) indefinitely. All the normal Dystopia rewards for veDYST go to penDYST stakers. vlPEN then controls where those veDYST votes go. More votes -> more rewards -> more liquidity -> more swaps -> more votes.

I have an increase in external responsibilities for the months of August and September. Therefore, I will only be posting twice per week - on Mondays and Fridays - for the next two months.
