When sickness touches the body, the world gives many responses. Research more. Try another treatment. Prepare for the worst. But Scripture gives a clear instruction for those who are suffering or sick: pray. Bring the diagnosis, the symptoms, the uncertainty, and the fear before God. A diagnosis can name what is happening in the body, but it does not have the final authority over it. The God who created your body still has power over it.
This week we are petitioning the Lord for healing in our bodies.

Shame whispers that we should hide.Guilt replays our past and convinces us we’re unworthy of grace.
And if we’re not careful, those voices begin to feel louder than truth.
But the Lord invites us to bring even that to Him. Not to shame us but to free us.In His presence, guilt loses its grip, shame is silenced, and restoration begins.
This week, we’re lifting up a prayer for every heart weighed down by regret, condemnation, or the fear of not being enough—asking God to remind us who we are in Him, to cover what we’ve been carrying, and to lead us into freedom.
