Imagine you are on the stage and 10000 people are looking at you, you start speaking…
What emotions come up? It’s probably out of your comfort zone, maybe some anxiety comes up or doubts.
Only when we go out our comfort zone we can really see how much we have grown and how much we still need to work on ourselves. It’s easy to be brave and calm when you’re living only in stability, on a very comfortable couch. I love it too:D
But when I want to grow, I go after my desires that push me to do what is out of my ordinary, mind starts to panic and overthink and I go all in anyways, mind wants to quit, mind wants to persuade me in all possible ways that I might fail, that I’m not good enough.
But my heart doesn’t believe these lies. My heart goes after my dreams, my heart whispers to me that I’m loved and safe even when I’m exposed, vulnerable.
I meditate, I dance, I pray to connect to my heart and always remind myself that I just need to go forward, that this life is a game and I can do it all!
That’s why the combination of my materialistic desires and spiritual practice that supports a balanced and harmonious path, is the best combination✨
