It’s official… He’s home. After approximately 48 hours on the ground in the mountains of Iran, evading enemy forces who were actively hunting him, the weapons systems officer from the F-15E shot down on Friday has been rescued and is safe.

To every single person who went in and got him out: you did what you trained to do, and you brought him home. That Others May Live.
