Welcome to the channel!
My name is Yasmin and I have made it my mission to spend as much time as I can hiking and exploring the great outdoors. I love spending time in nature and am always keen to visit new places. Whether it is local walks, day hikes, castles and ruins, wild camping or long diatance trails, I have made it my mission to get out there! ⛺️🥾
My mission for 2026 is to try to tick off another 50 wainwright’s in the Lake District. I'm also wanting to complete another long distance trail this year in Scotland. Plus so much more!
I also really love photography and even though I’m only an amateur photographer, I enjoy sharing the photos I take from all my adventures too. 😁📸

Goodness last week sure was a hot one 🥵🥵 too hot really for me to be out and about in the mountains. I’m hoping this week will be a little cooler again for us all and hopefully I can get out to the Lake District for a walk or two.

Happy Saturday Everyone 😊
I’ve got family visiting again at the moment so no filming or editing from me at the minute. But I have been out and about with my brother Karim, sister in law Ruth and their dog Simba, who you have probably met on a previous video.
We’ve enjoyed a day out at the forest, then the beach and today we are out in the north Pennines!
Hope your all enjoying the sunny weather this weekend. Although it is forecast to get pretty warm out there so make sure you stay cool.
Simba was loving cooling down in the water at the beach yesterday 😁😁 Either way enjoy the weekend!

How cute are these hand painted stones?! I came across these on a recent nature reserve walk. I picked up one to take on my next wainwright walk in the Lake District.

Happy Bank Holiday Monday Everyone!
Well it’s definitely reaching summer temps this weekend isn’t it 🥵☀️😎 I hope you’ve all been soaking up some of the vitamin D.
I’ve been busy visiting family this weekend. We got out on a few walks but I didn’t do any filming again 😅 It was lovely catching up with my siblings and nephews though we all had a great time.
Whatever your up to this weekend be sure to make the most of this fab weather we have. Below are a few photos from a nice walk near one of my places of work last week. It’s only a short walk around the lake but it was very beautiful there.

Hope your all having a good bank holidays weekend. Here are a few photos from a nature reserve walk from Friday last week. It sure was a hot day, actually felt like summer!
It was nice to see some of the butterflies about again and the bumblebees too. Lots of wildlife at the reserve, especially out on the water. It was also nice to see a few deer about.
No videos from me at the moment I’m afraid. I haven’t felt like filming or editing recently. In fact I’m thinking about having a few months off from it 😅. Not sure at the moment when I will get back to it to be honest. But I will try to upload a few photos and some shorts every now and then.

I must be honest I haven’t really been doing much filming for the channel lately. I’ve found myself spending more time off YouTube the last few weeks and to be honest I’ve been enjoying it. It’s been nice getting out on walks again where I can just enjoy them for what they are.

Who else loves bird watching?
Most of you will know by now that I love visiting my local park and just listening and watching the birds. Honestly I could sit there for hours just snapping some photos. Here are a few from a recent visit to Hardwick Park.
I did enjoy this day and it’s a remind that I must get out to some of my local nature reserves again soon to do some wildlife watching.
