Why Our Cinnamon Bun Protein Is the Easiest Way to Increase Your Daily Protein Intake

One of the biggest nutrition challenges for most adults is not knowing what to eat.
It is finding healthy foods that are convenient, taste great, fit into a busy schedule, and actually help you hit your daily protein goals.

Whether your goal is fat loss, building muscle, improving recovery, maintaining strength as you age, or simply feeling your best, protein is one of the most important nutrients you can prioritize.

The problem is most people struggle to get enough of it consistently.

That is exactly why we created JSF Nutrition Cinnamon Bun Protein.

I wanted a premium protein powder that mixed easily, tasted amazing, supported muscle recovery, and made it simple to increase your protein intake without feeling like you were forcing down another chalky shake.

The result is our Cinnamon Bun Protein, and honestly, it has quickly become my favorite product we have created.

Why Protein Matters
Protein plays a critical role in nearly every health and fitness goal.

Benefits of adequate protein intake include:

• Supporting lean muscle growth and maintenance
• Improving workout recovery
• Helping control hunger and cravings
• Supporting healthy aging and longevity
• Preserving muscle during weight loss
• Improving body composition
• Supporting metabolism and overall health

For most active adults, getting enough protein every day can make a significant difference in both how you look and how you feel.

Why I Love Our Cinnamon Bun Protein
What separates our Cinnamon Bun Protein from many other protein powders is its versatility.

It tastes incredible:

• Mixed with cold water
• Blended into smoothies
• Stirred into oatmeal
• Added to coffee
• Mixed into yogurt
• Used in high-protein recipes

The flavor profile delivers a sweet cinnamon bun taste without being overpowering, making it easy to enjoy every day.

And consistency is what ultimately drives results.

The best protein powder is the one you actually use.

My Favorite Summer Protein Smoothie Recipe

The combination of cinnamon, banana, pineapple, and mango creates a smoothie that tastes like summer in a glass while helping support muscle recovery, hydration, performance, and daily protein intake.

Best of all, it takes less than two minutes to make.

Best Workout Program for Guys Over 40

I hear this from a lot of dudes online and in person....

"Jeremy, I train as hard as I did in my 20s, but my body just doesn't respond the same."

I get it trust me ... neither does my body at 42....

After 40, we naturally lose muscle, our metabolism slows down, and mobility starts to disappear if we don't make it a priority. You need to train smarter.... and for this season of life.

That's why I made Old Man Strength....

It's a 10-week program built specifically for men over 40 who want to get stronger, move better, and feel like themselves again.

Each workout takes just 30–45 minutes, making it realistic even if you're balancing work, family, and everything else life throws your way.

Inside you'll get....

Strength workouts built for longevity NOT beating up your joints.

Daily mobility work to help you move and feel better.

Conditioning and rucking sessions for heart health and endurance.

Nutrition & supplement guidance.

Progress check-ins to keep you motivated.

Direct access to me inside the app if you need help.

The best part.... this isn't theory.

I've watched hundreds of guys lose body fat, build muscle, eliminate aches and pains, and regain confidence.

Just last month....

One grad lost 15 pounds and said his back feels better than it has in years.

Another gained lean muscle while traveling every week for work.

One of our 60-year-old members finished the program and told me his doctor said his blood pressure was the best it had been in decades.

That's why I love what I do.

If you're ready to stop guessing and start following a plan built for your body .... not the body you had at 25..... I think you'll love Old Man Strength.

Check it out here - 10 Weeks can be done in any decent gym setting or if you have a good equipped home gym - click below

Why Getting Strong Might Be The Best Investment You Ever Make

As a 42-year-old dad, I don't train anymore just to look good with my shirt off.

Don't get me wrong...that's a nice bonus... I will always think being ripped like Rambo is cool!

But these days, my "why" is a lot bigger than abs.

I want to be able to pick up my son without my back hurting.

I want to hike, travel, play sports, and still feel capable 20 years from now.

I want to walk into my 50s, 60s, and beyond stronger than most people are in their 30s.

That's why strength training has become non-negotiable for me.

If you're over 40, here are the five biggest reasons you should make getting stronger a priority.

Strength Gives You Freedom

The stronger you are, the easier everyday life becomes.

Carrying groceries, Working around the house, Playing with your kids or grandkids, Traveling.

Life feels easier when your body is capable.

Strong Muscles Protect Your Joints

A lot of people think lifting causes aches and pains.

Done correctly, it's usually the opposite.

Building muscle helps support your knees, hips, shoulders, and back so they can handle the demands of everyday life.

Muscle Is Your Insurance Policy As You Age

After 30, we naturally begin losing muscle if we don't actively fight to keep it.

The more muscle you can maintain, the better your metabolism, balance, independence, and overall quality of life will be for years to come.

4. Strength Builds Confidence

There is something powerful about feeling physically capable.

When you feel strong, you carry yourself differently.

That spills over into your work, your relationships, and every other area of your life.

Strong People Tend To Stay Active Longer

The goal isn't just to live longer...... It's to enjoy those years.

That's exactly why I created Old Man Strength.

It's a 10-week program designed specifically for men over 40 who want to build muscle, improve mobility, reduce aches and pains, and stay strong for decades to come.

Summer is here....in AZ it's like 150 degrees ...or at least feels that way.

Summer time usually means more travel, more weekends away, more airport food, and more time away from your normal routine.

One of the biggest reasons people feel terrible while traveling isn't because they miss a workout (that's part of it)

It's because all the simple easy health habits disappear.

That's why I never leave home without AG1 travel packs.

(Reply to this email if you want to try some 100% for free)

It's fast, convenient, and take less than 60 seconds to use. Just mix a packet with cold water and you're done.

No carrying around five different supplements, no excuses.

My 3 favorite benefits of AG1 while traveling:

1. Covers Your Nutritional Bases

Travel days aren't exactly known for healthy eating. AG1 helps fill common nutrition gaps with vitamins, minerals, probiotics, and whole-food sourced ingredients in one simple daily habit.

2. Supports Digestion & Gut Health

Flights, restaurant meals, late nights, and stress can all throw your digestion off. AG1 includes probiotics and digestive support ingredients to help keep your gut on track while you're on the road.

3. Helps Support Immune Health

The last thing you want is getting sick on vacation or after a long travel week. AG1 provides key nutrients that support your immune system so you can feel your best wherever summer takes you.

The biggest win? Convenience hands down.

Healthy habits only work when you actually do them.

AG1 travel packs make consistency simple whether you're flying across the country, heading out on a road trip, or spending a long weekend away.

If you want to check it out and grab the free welcome kit with free travel packs hit the link below:

If You're Over 40, Read This Before Your Next Workout

As a 42-year-old dad, coach, and business owner, I can tell you this:

Building muscle after 40 is not harder because you're older.

It's harder because most adults are trying to train the same way they did at 22 while recovering like they're 42.

Here are 4 things I would focus on.

1. Train hard. Recover harder.
Sleep, protein, walking, hydration, and stress management matter just as much as the workout itself.

You do not need more just random non-sense workouts.

You need to recover from the ones you're already doing.

2. Build muscle, don't just burn calories.
Stop chasing sweat and exhaustion.

Start chasing strength, quality reps, and progressive overload.

Muscle is one of the best investments you can make for your metabolism, longevity, and quality of life.

3. Choose smarter exercises.
You do not get bonus points for using exercises that beat up your joints.

Focus on movements you can do safely and consistently:

• Split squats
• Goblet squats
• DB/Trap bar deadlifts
• Push-ups
• Dumbbell presses
• Rows
• Pull-ups or assisted pull-ups
• Farmer carries/Sled Work

The best exercises are the ones that challenge your muscles without crushing your recovery.

4. Leave your ego at the door.
The goal is not to impress people in the gym.

The goal is to stay healthy, pain-free, strong, and athletic enough to keep doing the things you love for decades.

The best workout is the one you can recover from and repeat.

Consistency beats intensity every time... at least in the long run.

Most of us fitness/health minded folks spend a lot of time worrying about protein, carbs, and calories....which totally makes sense.

Yet one of the most important nutrients for overall health is often overlooked.

Omega-3 fatty acids.

Research continues to show omega-3s play an important role in supporting heart health, brain function, joint health, recovery, and managing inflammation.

The problem is most of us do not eat enough omega-3-rich foods consistently.

The top three foods I recommend are....

Fatty fish such as salmon, sardines, and mackerel

Chia seeds, which are an easy addition to smoothies, yogurt, oats, or protein shakes

Also walnuts, which make a simple snack and contain plant-based omega-3s (I struggle with portion control so I tend to keep it chia seeds and fish more often)

The challenge is that many people do not eat these foods regularly enough to maximize the benefits.

That is where a quality omega-3 supplement can help fill the gap.

Our JSF Nutrition Omega-3 is sourced from high-quality fish oil and delivers a potent dose of EPA and DHA in an easy-to-take soft gel. No fishy aftertaste and no unnecessary fillers. Just a simple way to support your health every day.

If you are looking for one of the easiest habits to add to your routine, this is a great place to start...It's a health habit that takes 10 seconds per day.

Grab your JSF Nutrition Omega-3 here:

One Simple Habit For Better Skin, Joints, And Recovery

Collagen is one of those supplements that often gets overlooked because it is not flashy.

But as we get older, it may be one of the most valuable additions to your daily routine.

Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body and plays a major role in supporting healthy skin, joints, tendons, ligaments, connective tissue, hair, and nails.

The challenge is that natural collagen production declines with age.

That is one reason many adults notice changes in skin quality, recovery, joint comfort, and overall tissue health as the years go by.

While collagen is not a magic solution, adding it to your daily routine is an easy way to support the structures that help keep you moving, training, and feeling your best.

One of the reasons I use collagen daily is because it is effortless.

Add it to coffee, mix it into a smoothie, blend it into oatmeal... or shake it into water.

There is no complicated protocol.

When we created JSF Nutrition Collagen Peptides, we focused on keeping it simple.

High-quality collagen peptides, no unnecessary fillers, no artificial junk.

Just a clean product designed to fit seamlessly into your day.

If you are looking for an easy way to support healthy aging, recovery, skin health, and joint health, check it out here:

jsfnutrition.com/products/collagen-peptides-powder…

The best supplements are often the ones you can take every single day without thinking about it.

For me, collagen is one of those supplements.... it might be too late for my hair (lol) but my skin and joints can still reap the benefits.

What works and will always work...

1. Strength Train 3–4 Times Per Week
Focus on the basics. Progressive overload. No random workouts.

2. Walk Daily
Thirty to sixty minutes. This improves fat loss, recovery, stress, and overall health.

3. Eat Real Food Most of the Time
Prioritize protein. Keep meals simple. No extremes needed.

4. Sleep as Much as You Can
It won't always be perfect, but better sleep improves everything.

5. Get Outside Daily
Sunlight, fresh air, and movement matter more than people think.

You don't need to be perfect ... nobody is you just need a plan you can actually follow.

As a 42-year-old dad, coach, and business owner, I have learned that training in your 40s is different than training in your 20s.

1. Train hard. Recover harder.
Sleep, protein, walking, and stress management matter just as much as your workouts.

2. Build muscle, don't just burn calories.

Happy Father's Day.

As a dad to a busy one-year-old, this day means a little more to me than it ever has before.

Over the last year, I've gained an even greater appreciation for the dads, stepdads, grandfathers, and father figures who show up every day for the people they love.

The early mornings - The late nights - The sacrifices nobody sees.

The responsibility of trying to be a provider, protector, leader, and role model all at the same time.

It's not always easy, but it's one of the greatest privileges of my life.

I also wanted to take a minute to say thank you.

JSF Nutrition is still very new, and the support from this community has honestly been incredible. Whether you've purchased a product, shared a post, told a friend, or simply sent a kind message, it means more than you know.
