I especially love making pasta cause it's soo easy!!!
There's also herbed rice, this chaat (indian dish, zero idea how to translate) adjacent dish, burritos and other stuff I make that's super easy!!! Easy meals are a lifesaver and also must know considering I'm gonna go to college soon TT
I do need to learn more one pot meals tho.... Heisojavahajja
Okay so wanna make easy and healthy pasta???
I gotchu!!!
Basically take our veggies, chop chop, and then cook them! ^^
I normally also add zucchini and brocolli but I was out of them 😔😔
Also boil pasta side by side!!
You cook them unil they're like...slight roasted(?) basically you should be able to smell it all over the house 😌😌
Then you put them in your mixer with some paneer(cottage cheese) or I've heard ricotta cheese is also good? Never tried cause it's expensive TT
Then you take that to your pot, out ur pasta, sauce, pasta water and seasoning!!!!
Let it cook for a while and then add cheese!!!
And boom! Tasty pasta!!! Yayayyaya!!! ><
You can also bake this(add basils if ur baking, tastes peak), I have in the past but I was too lazy today 💔💔

It's cooking bro not baking!!! Fuck it, eyeball everything!!! No one cares!!! ^^

Edit: pro tip, u can buy protein or fibre pasta to make this more healthy!!! I used durum wheat whatever that is TT (it was on sale so I bought it, i honestly can't tell the difference between this and normal one or maybe there the same and idk 💔)
I've also heard u can add beans to make it more fibrous, I've never tried it though....I should...one day....
