Hey the VODs for Dawn of a New Day 2025 have finally been uploaded. We're very sorry that it took so long and will work to make sure the 2026 VODs are uploaded much faster. There's a link to the playlist in the pinned comment, I highly recommend the Classic DOOM event, it's one of my new favorite events we've ever done. I also recommend the Mario 64 race, Sea of Thieves, and Jackbox. I didn't play in the Star Fox Zero score attack competition, but it's a must watch, another one of our best events.
We're preparing for the next Dawn of a New Day but nothing is ready to be announced so stay tuned closer to summer.

I wanted to give a bit of a status update, I'm still working on the Bug Fables video, but progress has been very slow, I've only just finished recording the first playthrough (minus a few post game things), so it's still a ways off. Sorry it's been taking so long, things have been a bit rough and various things have delayed it, both my own fault and out of my control. I also still need to record a hard mode playthrough of it, but that brings us to the main thing I want to talk about.
I want to start streaming again, I've got some ideas but for the first one to reestablish the weekly streams I'll be doing a more chill Terraria building stream. Been playing a lot of Terraria after the new update came out, and while that playthrough is effectively done, there's more stuff I want to build in the world so I figured I could turn that into a stream. I'll also show off previous builds I've made, I've made quite a lot in the game and have improved a lot. I could do multiple Terraria building streams if you guys enjoy it.
For future streams I'm thinking of streaming my hard mode run of Bug Fables as the method of getting the footage. My TTYD remake streams did really well so I think you guys would enjoy that, and it would help make doing a second playthough for the video less tedious. Another idea I had was streaming the Mario + Rabbids games, been meaning to do that for awhile, and I think I'll do it after Bug Fables, would you guys be interested in that?
That's it for now, I hope you guys join me for the Terraria building stream, planning on doing it Sunday at around 6-8 pm ET, which will be the schedule for future streams as well.

So, figure I could briefly talk about that Sticker Comet mod. If you don't know a trailer for a Sticker Star mod called "Paper Mario: The Sticker Comet" released the other day, I was too busy with Dawn of a New Day to say anything about it then, so here we go.
Just to make this clear, I'm not affiliated with it at all, I was not reached out to by the team either, I learned about it through someone linking the video on my server. Months ago someone who I suspect is part of the team made a comment on my Sticker Comet video talking about my video being an inspiration for a mod they are working on that shares the same name. They also mentioned a chapter 1 demo in the comment so I'm pretty sure it is the same project.
With that said, I have no issue at all with this project existing, or sharing the same name with our proof of concept. The "Sticker Comet" is what the macguffin in Sticker Star is actually called, so it's a no brainer to name it like that. A couple people have raised concerns of this being a copy of our concept without crediting us, but from what I've seen in the trailer, there isn't much similarities outside the surface level. They show a chain chomp partner, but it's inspiration is likely from the same thing that inspired our chain chomp partner, the chain chomp partner from an earlier concept of Sticker Star. I'd hope this is common enough knowledge for people to not think that their chain chomp is copying ours. Also the designs are very different, aside from both having a spiked collar, and even that looks different. The brief bit of Kersti talking shows her being more friendly, which if indicative of how her character is portrayed, is the complete opposite direction for her character that we went for. The goombas from chapter 1 also have a medieval look to them, while we had them be samurai themed. You get the point, there isn't much similar between my video and this mod.
Part of the point of my videos reworking Super and Sticker Star was to hopefully spark inspiration into people. If people look at them, and decide to make something like this mod, then I say it's a success. Of course I would like credit for things directly taken from us, but from what I've seen of this mod, any similarities are surface level, and most of it is wholly original. If any of the Sticker Comet team is reading this, so far your project looks interesting, and I wish you the best in seeing it through.
Well it's over, yesterday we wrapped up Dawn of a New Day for the National Immigration Law Center and raised $5,555, our best event yet! Thank you all who watched and donated, the vods will be uploaded to the Youtube channel in the coming days if you missed it. Now I'm tired and need a break before getting back to my next video, which I'm very sorry has been taking this long, I'll try to get it done as fast as I can.
