Over the years I feel like my content can leave others confused about how I’ve come to certain knowledge, perspectives, and lifestyle changes. I haven’t shared much of my story, but I’m looking to be more vulnerable in that area and really allow you to see the dominos.

I’ve held on tightly because I’ve been protecting the child inside me. I love her deeply.

But others might, too.

So this next article I’m working on today will shed light on a piece of me. It may even give clarity to others wondering why I show up so differently from the version you perceive me as, saw, or knew.

I believe we all have “the power in choice,” and if we want change, it is for us to take action on. Anyone can do it. Quite frankly, I don’t even pretend to know anyone I once knew, as time is a beautiful thing.
