DPM Project is a collaborative electronic music project blending synth-pop, post-punk, and cinematic electronica. Founded by Diego Poupin, a UK-based artist, musician, and educator, the project sits at the intersection of sound, performance, and storytelling. With a background in theatre and over two decades in education, his work combines atmospheric textures, analogue synths, and emotive songwriting.
In collaboration with producer Andrés Markmann, DPM Project was born from a reconnection after more than 30 years apart, bridging continents through music. Their sound explores the tension between vulnerability and power, intimacy and scale.
Releases unfold as evolving narratives, often presented in multiple versions. EP Alpha and Beta are out via Electric Eden Records, with a third EP scheduled for 2026.
