Another solid jump session today on the concrete courts. Around 8 rim touches off 2 feet, and a few off 1 foot. I’ve recently made the decision to focus more on the 2 foot approach, as it’s less demanding and taxing overall.
Hit a milestone the other day by dunking a tennis ball. Still a lot of work left to do to achieve the ultimate goal of dunking a regulation basketball. I will be posting more frequently as progress is made🤘
