Still trying to cope.....

While this news is definitely shocking and heartbreaking to me and to all nctzens/markfs, I understand that this decision must've been so difficult for Mark to make. And as a huge fan of his (huge is an understatement), I completely respect and support that decision. I know it's hard to even imagine NCT without THE MARK LEE, but it would be harder to stop him from chasing his dream and finding his true purpose. In Jisung's words, "To love is to let go, even when you don't want to let go." This past decade has been such an incredible chapter in Mark's life and I feel so lucky to even have witnessed his extraordinary talent and personality.

Mark, thank you for helping shape NCT into the NCT we know today. Thank you for giving your 100% in everything you do with no complaints. Thank you for spending your youthful years making millions happy. And thank you for choosing yourself this time. I can't wait to watch you write your next chapter and walk the path you deserve, surely not as overworked as the last. You've made an enormous impact in the industry, you've absolutely done plenty. As Doyoung put it, "10 years of memories aren't disappearing, but are simply being kept. Please look forward to the new world and love that we'll create moving forward."

I've loved, and will continue to love, every version of you, Mark Lee. I'm immensely proud of you and please be genuinely happy, my forever NEO! 💚

i saw them again today!!!! and who would've thought i'd be crying to.... Sticker 🥲

but seriously, what a great show it was. they're truly such amazing performers! and it's so heartwarming to see yuta so happy to be back in his hometown~ the ment parts were really funny and wholesome. plus we got molo spoilers. and the taeyong & jaehyun cameos drove us all mad! i genuinely didn't want the concert to end. 10/10 incredible experience. I JUST LOVE THEM SO MUCH BRO 😭💚

P.S. why is forming a heart still a struggle for them tho

i would just like to check in on everyone here...

first and foremost, my heart goes out to the victim and i hope she finds justice and healing.

i know these past couple of days have been really tough for everyone - i myself spent sleepless nights trying to process everything. if you've been affected by this, sending you my tightest hug. if this whole thing is unsettling to you, by all means, take a step back and please prioritize your well-being. all different ways of coping are all valid. some can't stand consuming any 127 content right now, while some still find comfort in them. nobody knows you better than yourself, so just find your pace and do whatever you think is best for your mental health.

after much deliberation, i have decided to continue supporting the remaining members, who are surely a hundred times more devastated than us. i can't easily disregard their hard work for all these years. i can't quite imagine what it's like to be in their shoes. i'm just praying for their health, especially those who have to face the public at this time. my heart is still truly aching now but i do hope we can make new memories from this point forward.

as for my walk era video, i've been working on it before the news broke, but please let me know whether or not you think i should still proceed with it (ofc with just the 8 members). there were lots of fun moments there, but if the era itself makes you uncomfortable, i could go ahead and make an entirely different video.

also, let me just say this, everyone PLEASE be cautious of what you read and share online. misinformation is being carelessly spread, so exercise diligence and verify the sources. investigation is still ongoing and at this point, very little information has been revealed by the police to protect the victim. spreading baseless speculations is doing the victim a huge disservice. of course we can stand with the victim and at the same time wait for due process without clogging up the search engines.

again, sending hugs to all my fellow nctzens. regardless of the outcome, i hope we can all move past this with grace and compassion.

y'all there's no way WALK album is even real??? literally all songs are so DELICIOUSLY GOOD. each time a song started to play, i kept ascending and i kept questioning whether i really deserved such a masterpiece of an album (this is completely true, i'm not even exaggerating). can a flawless album actually exist? 🤯 i can listen to it all day every day until the end of time. i'm OBSESSED with every track that i can't pick a favorite bc literally each one is my favorite (?? idk if that makes sense) but i'd love to hear your faves~

they didn't have to devour so hard, yet here we are. and not a single crumb was left. plus having taeil and taeyong participate in this comeback in their own capacities is such a gift!

WALKing this path with urichil is definitely a 100/10 experience. 💚
