Taste of chutney/Masala prepared in Ammi (Grind stone) is unique & matchless.
It might be because of lesser heat generation compared to modern mixer grinders.
To uphold "the taste we get by using Ammi", our channel has this name "Ammi chutney".
'Ammi chutney' channel will showcase traditional home style cooking & preparing healthy food with commonly available ingredients & rare forgotten recipes that I have learnt from my Grandma, Mom & MIL
