دل کی دھڑکن تیز ہونا
سانس تیز چلنا
متلی یا الٹی آنا
کنفیوژن / بات سمجھ نہ آنا
چلنے میں لڑکھڑاہٹ
پٹھوں میں کھچاؤ یا کمزوری
بہت زیادہ پسینہ آنا یا بعض اوقات پسینہ بند ہو جانا
🛡️ احتیاطی تدابیر (Precautions)
خود کو اور اپنے پیاروں کو ہیٹ سٹروک سے محفوظ رکھنے کے لیے ان باتوں پر عمل کریں:
دوپہر 12 بجے سے 4 بجے تک دھوپ میں زیادہ نہ نکلیں۔
زیادہ سے زیادہ پانی اور مشروبات کا استعمال کریں۔
باہر جاتے وقت ٹوپی یا چھتری کا استعمال کریں۔
ہلکے رنگ اور ڈھیلے کپڑے پہنیں۔
اگر ان میں سے کوئی بھی علامات آپ یا آپ کے گھر والوں پہ ظاہر ہوں تو فوراً الخدمت ہسپتال، نشترآباد پشاور رجوع کریں ہسپتال کا ایمرجنسی ڈیپارٹمنٹ 24 گھنٹے آپ کی خدمت کے لئے دستیاب ہے
