What does it feel like to feel at home in your body?

I’ve been thinking about this a lot recently, slowing things down, listening more, and becoming curious about what the body is communicating.

It’s led me to create something that feels really aligned. I’m opening a small online and in-person movement space called Move Freely.

Move Freely is a gentle, guided movement space to help you feel more connected, stronger, and at ease in your body. A space to slow down, listen, and move in a way that feels supportive and natural.

Over 6 weeks, we’ll gently explore:
• reconnecting with your body
• feeling more grounded through your feet
• building strength in a calm, supported way
• moving with more ease through your spine
• releasing tension in shoulders and neck
• bringing it all together as a whole

This is for you if you:
• feel stiff, tight, or disconnected in your body
• want something slower and more intuitive than a typical class
• are open to exploring movement through awareness
• are curious about moving in a way that feels natural and grounded
• want guidance in a supportive, non-intimidating space

Details
• Small group (in-person, limited spaces)
• Online group (max. 10 participants)
Founding round:

£48 / Q480 for the full 6-week series (pre-booked)
£10 / Q100 drop-in (if space available, pre-booked)

📍 In-person (Antigua)
Saturdays, 7:00am
Central location
Optional coffee afterwards ☕

💻 Online (Zoom)
Tuesdays, 10:30am (Guatemala) / 5:30pm (UK)
Recording available to your email if you can’t attend live.

If it feels like something you’d like to explore, you’re very welcome to join.
Send me a message to book your space or ask any questions.

I’m also open to hearing if another time/day would suit you better.

With warmth,
Natasha Rondy

Lately I’ve been thinking about how often we try to move correctly, rather than moving in a way that actually feels natural in our bodies.

Slowing things down.
Noticing tension, freedom, ease, even fear.
Allowing movement to be a little more intuitive, a little less straight-lined.

This is something I’ve been exploring more in my own practice, and also what I’m offering in the spaces I’m opening up.

I’m opening a small online movement space, a place to reconnect with your body through gentle movement, breath, and awareness.

✨ I’ll be offering a free session on 28th April, and then opening a six-week series if it resonates. (Zoom — details coming shortly).

If it feels like something you’d like to experience, you’re very welcome to join.

You don’t need any experience, just a bit of space to move and a willingness to listen and connect with your body.

Comment “TASTER” below if you’d like me to send you the details.

Reflections from Nature Is My Medicine 💜

Over the past few years my work has been evolving beyond traditional physiotherapy into a deeper exploration of movement, body awareness, and the role nature can play in supporting wellbeing.

I’ve become increasingly interested in a simple idea:

When we reconnect with our bodies, it becomes easier to care for ourselves, each other, and the Earth we’re part of.

I’m curious. What helps you reconnect with yourself when life feels busy?

If you'd like to explore my nature-inspired wellness blogs and simple practices, you’re welcome to join my newsletter. As a welcome gift you’ll receive 'Your Body, Your Home', three connection practices to help you reconnect, ground, and thrive.

Why I Create

For a long time, I believed the body needed fixing, pushing, and controlling.
As a physiotherapist, I was trained to correct.
As a human, I learned to listen.

Nature became my greatest teacher.
Trees taught me how to bend without breaking.
Breath taught me how to soften.
My body taught me that sensations are messages, not problems.

That’s why I create gentle stories, movement, and reflections, like Sammy Shoulder, for children and the adults who read with them.

This space is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with the body, and remember that your body is your friend.

If you’re here, you’re welcome.

Hello friends,

I hope you've been enjoying some beautiful moments during your week.

Personal Update:

I’ve just moved into a new chapter of my life, and this has been my first week here, in new lands. I’m allowing the physical, emotional, and energetic adjustments to flow, rather than rushing to settle or define everything.

As I begin to create a daily structure, I’m being prompted to plan from a place of inner cycle flow.

I’ve been noticing how my focus shifts with my inner cycle. Each month I move through four inner seasons (menstrual, follicular, ovulatory, and luteal) and each one asks for something different of me.

When I work with these shifts instead of against them, life feels softer and more sustainable.

Whether this way of listening to yourself is familiar or completely new, journaling how you feel and what you’re naturally drawn to (creating, resting, connecting, refining) can gently help you understand how and when you show up best for yourself.

An Invitation:

I’ve created a gentle 7-day eGuide as an invitation to move your body in simple, embodied ways that supports calm in your nervous system and help you feel more grounded.

If you’ve been feeling frazzled, disconnected, or in a period of transition, this daily micro-practice may support you in coming home to yourself.

It’s available as a pay-what-you-can offering. You’ll find the link here: natureismymedicine.kit.com/ 🌙

What is my body asking for today, and how can I pause, to listen with kindness?

Hello friends,

Over the past few years, both my work as a physiotherapist and my own healing have become focused on listening to the nervous system and slowly reconnecting with the body in an embodied way.

I’ve created a gentle seven day guide called Your Body Is Home, which blends breath, gentle movement, and nature based reflection. One reader described it as “a genuinely soothing and grounding experience, like a gentle invitation rather than a set of instructions.”

If you’ve been feeling frazzled, disconnected, or simply curious about a softer way of being with your body, you might find this supportive.

The Courage to Come Home to Yourself:

Hello friends,

There’s a quiet strength in choosing to live as your authentic self, to let go of what once felt certain and trust the unfolding of life.

Lately, I’ve been reflecting on how our nervous system holds the stories of change and safety. When life feels uncertain, coming back to the body, your breath, your feet on the ground, the sunlight through the window, helps you return to a sense of calm.

When the body feels safe, it can release tension and pain. When it feels supported, it can grow.

I've written a short reflection about this, to process my own experience, a reminder that peace doesn’t come from control, but from deep trust and presence. 🌿

✨ Read here: The Courage to Come Home to Yourself

How does your body let you know when it feels safe, or when it doesn’t? Listen and feel with curiosity!

Let me know in the comments how you are moving through this transformative period.

Presence Over Perfection | Nervous System Safety!

Life moves fast, and it’s easy to lose connection with yourself. 🌿

I'm back from my trip and have written a reflective blog about my experiences in Guatemala and what it taught me about being present in the body, noticing emotions, and trusting life’s unfolding.

✨ From Doing to Being ✨

Lately, life has been teaching me about the quiet kind of growth, the kind that doesn’t shout or rush, but deepens roots beneath the surface.
Over the past few months, I’ve been learning to trust my natural rhythm, to let life flow through me instead of pushing or performing to make things happen.

💫 I’m moving from performance to presence — allowing myself to be seen in my real, raw rhythm rather than trying to hold it all together.
💫 From scarcity to natural abundance — creating from alignment, not urgency.
💫 From control to co-creation — in love, in work, and in how I allow my dreams to unfold.
💫 And from seeking to knowing — remembering that everything I need to guide my next steps is already within me.

These lessons are shaping everything, how I work, create, love, and share through Nature Is My Medicine.

I’m an ‘ideas person’ but I’ve decided to focus on one signature project that truly feels like me, something that brings together nature, somatics, movement, and emotional freedom. I want this next chapter to be sustainable, travel-friendly, and deeply aligned.

If you’re in your own season of slowing down, realigning, or trusting the unknown, this is your reminder that quiet transformation counts. You’re not falling behind. You’re coming home. 🌿

With love and warmth,
Natasha Rondy
