The most detailed view of a human cell to date is the "Cellular landscape cross-section through a eukaryotic cell", a 3D model created by Evan Ingersoll and Gael McGill. This visualization combines data from multiple scientific techniques, including X-ray, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), and cryoelectron microscopy, to represent the cell's intricate structures and molecular choreography. Another recent and highly detailed effort is the comprehensive map of the U2OS cell created by researchers at UC San Diego and Stanford University, which uses Al and advanced imaging to reveal protein functions.

Palash (Butea monosperma), also known as Dhak or Flame of the Forest, belongs to the Fabaceae family. Its flowers exhibit ornithophily (bird pollination) and are also visited by insects for pollination.
The famous Palashi village was named after the abundance of Palash trees. During British rule, Palashi was anglicized to Plassey, making the place famous for the Battle of Plassey rather than the tree that inspired its name.

Assertion (A):
In the transverse section of Bignonia stem, phloem wedges are observed inside the xylem, which is a characteristic of anomalous secondary growth in this plant.
Reason (R):
Anomalous secondary growth occurs when the normal pattern of vascular development is disrupted, leading to the formation of additional phloem and xylem in unusual positions.
