You can find her in the Upper Sceptre of God in Act 3 and free her from cage.

My current plan for Path of Exile 2 is starting HC and playing solo, will continue on sc when I die and rush the boss as fast as I can. People weren't keen to see a handout race so we will be playing as we normally do, getting some practice in on the new uber and then as soon as I think I've practiced enough in SC starting over on HC SSF :D
