Sadhvi Nishtha Om begins her session with a guided meditation, followed by readings from Millions of Thoughts by Om Swami. Through these passages, she reflects on how thoughts influence and shape our lives, while reminding sadhaks that the arising of negative thoughts does not define who we are. Rather, it is the thoughts we nurture and follow that gradually shape our inner world.

The session then moves into a reflective exercise on core beliefs, exploring how certain thoughts, like seeds, take root deep within us and slowly grow over time. Through a simple writing practice, sadhaks are invited to observe the labels, opinions, and impressions they have carried from others, and then consciously surrender them at the feet of Bhagwan Sri Hari, making space for healthier and more uplifting beliefs to arise within.
