I didn't heal myself. That's not my job.

I got my mind out of the way by removing the head trash, my daily mental shower practice(5 minutes daily!).

This allowed my Perfect Spirit connected to the creator to do the necessary things to bring the body into ease and harmony.

I simply did those things that felt right to me.
