Welcome to The Guided Meditations!

I'm Yohanna and my channel is all about getting deeply relaxed, focussed in the now, blissed out - all through different types of meditation.

I'll include how to learn to meditate, different types of guided meditation, chakra meditation, free meditation, relaxation meditation and mantra meditation - as well as the type of meditation where you simply quieten the mind completely, focussing on the breath and becoming totally immersed in 'nothingness'.
