‪@ArrowJFarms‬ I found this on Dakota but ik it isn't a halter rub cuz she hasn't had a halter on in a few days, so im gonna rub coconut oil on it cuz that seems to fix just about all skin things on her so ill let you know if it helps( if its the same thing lol😅😂)
