We can confirm there are 3 characters currently in the works that we have a little bit more info on. Robin's new form is confirmed. She seems to have a unique basic (aka not just a single target attack like they usually are, we're not referring to enhanced basics either) but doesn't seem to deal damage on any other attack. Himeko's "Nova" form is confirmed. This is her new forms internal name, this does not mean novaflare. She has an Enhanced Basic and She has 3 levels of Enhanced Skills. (Note: Mydei/Phainon have 2 as an example) with an ult that doesnt deal damage. Pearl (was already) confirmed. She has 2 levels of Enhanced Basic attakcs with non damaging skils and ults.
The "Enhanced parts" we are sure is correct as of the time of writing. The "non damaging" parts is very likely but not confirmed.
Note: With this coming out now (we happened to find it after beta started but existed before beta), it's pretty likely (but we aren't 100% sure) that 2/3 of these chars are 4.4
