Currently, we're diving deep into the world of holistic health practices. Inspired by Steve’s autoimmune journey, we've adopted the carnivore diet, which has transformed our well-being. But it doesn't stop there – we're also practitioners of grounding/earthing, regular sauna sessions, invigorating cold plunges, mindful exercise, and meditation.
